I have recently started working with Tim and I’m so pleased that I made the decision to do so. In my first block of 10 sessions I regained my motivation to train, I’ve lost 3kg of the 10kg I gained during Covid and I’m getting fitter and stronger! I enjoy training in a way I have never done before and I hope to gain the confidence and competence to be able to continue to do so moving forward. I enjoy the different workouts and being challenged differently. Tim is also friendly, approachable and relatable which is important.

It's been a pleasure working with Tim as conditioner at Oldham RLFC. He works you hard both on the field and in the gym and tailors the training to the particular needs of the team/individuals. He is easy to work with and is willing to listen if you don't feel something is working. Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to improve their fitness or strength.

I've been working with Tim since  September and have seen a massive improvement in my fitness levels. From the offset, Tim took time to tailor a programme that was personal to me, taking into account all factors such my age, body type and medical conditions. Having a relatively low level of fitness, I was a little apprehensive but he is so approachable and makes you feel welcome and relaxed from the first session. He always goes above and beyond and I've been very impressed with his knowledge of nutrition and he is always happy to offer advice. He takes particular care in ensuring you perform each exercise correctly to avoid injury and get the best results. He keeps the sessions interesting by introducing new routines on a weekly basis. I would thoroughly recommend Tim for anyone considering personal training.
