Coaching Internship

Learn Inside A Busy, Working Environment.

Our coaching service is growing fast and we're regularly fully booked, so this is a real chance to learn from the inside of a busy, working environment rather than from the sidelines.

Based at John Charles Sports Centre and in and around West Leeds, the successful candidate will get hands-on experience across sprint coaching, strength and conditioning, and the day-to-day running of a growing coaching business.

What You'll Do

• →Assist and deliver track-based sprint sessions alongside the Head Coach
• →Help run gym-based strength and conditioning work
• →Support warm-ups, warm-downs and recovery routines with athletes
• →Bring fresh ideas to improve how we prepare and develop our sprinters
• →Build strong working relationships with coaches, athletes and our wider network
• →Take on programming projects under the guidance of the Head Coach
• →Take part in a tailored learning programme set by the coaching team
• →Help with the day-to-day running and growth of the business, bookings, comms, admin
